Menlo Park is about 28 minutes down US-101 from our South San Francisco yard, and everything that leaves that yard was inspected in our own shop by our own mechanics. Road miles are from the Menlo Park Civic Center and times are typical off-peak. The town splits into three very different jobs: the Bayfront campuses, the Sand Hill corridor and the residential west side, and each one wants a different vehicle.

That is what the 14-passenger Sprinters are for. One vehicle and one driver hold for the whole day, moving the group between offices, lunch and the airport, so the schedule can slip half an hour without anyone rebooking anything.
San Jose (SJC, about 18 road miles), San Francisco (SFO, about 20 miles) and Oakland (OAK, about 35 miles). The two are close enough in driving time that we will quote both and let you choose on the flight rather than on the mileage.
We are the operator. Umbrella Global Bus owns the Van Hool coaches, the minibuses and the Sprinters, employs the drivers, dispatches them and maintains them in our own shop, under CPUC TCP 0037963 and USDOT 3126263. There is no marketplace fee layered on top of the rate.
Yes, usually the same business day, naming the company, the property manager or the venue as certificate holder. Campuses here often also want a driver roster and vehicle list ahead of time for gate access, and dispatch can send that with the certificate.
